Echroachment

The cantonment Board staff viz. sanitary and engineering have a day to day check and keep strict vigilance on any encroachments on Govt.land On information of any such issues; squad is deployed to pick the materials and deputed to keep a watch on the construction. If the construction is continued, a show cause notice or a notice u/s 239 of the Cantonment Act 2006 and therafter, immediate halting of the construction and issue of notice under PPE Act 1971 is done.
