6. Sanitary Inspector- Public HealthSection
7. OctroiSupdt- Octroi Department
8. RMO- Cantt. General Hospital
9. Senior most Headmaster/Headmistress- Education Department
10. Chief Executive Officer- Appellate Authority for hearing and disposal of appeals.
